Charlie Sheen might’ve gotten two and a half digits wrong.
The Two and a Half Men alum revealed that Jon Cryer was the only person he didn’t personally contact to appear in his Netflix documentary, aka Charlie Sheen, but not because of any beef.
“I didn’t have the right number for him,” Charlie admitted to People in an interview published Sept. 3, “so the director reached out to him.”
Indeed, Jon, 60, agreed to appear in the two-part doc after director Andrew Renzi got in touch with him—and Charlie, also 60, was more than impressed with the interview’s final result.
“When I saw everything that Jon spoke about—so honestly and very compassionately—I wrote to him,” he said. “I said, ‘Hey, thank you for your contributions, and I’m sorry we didn’t connect personally. I hope to see you around the campus.'”
However, Charlie never got a reply from Jon, which forced him to make a public plea to his castmate.
