A Killer Clown is on The Loose in Trailer For The Horror Film CLOWN IN A CORNFIELD — GeekTyrant
RLJE Films and Shudder have released teaser trailer for a new horror film titled Clown in a Cornfield, which centers on a sadistic clown who is out on a brutal and bloody killing spree.
The film comes from the director of the horror comedy cult classic Tucker and Dale vs Evil, which is a great movie! The fact that he’s involved gives me hope that this movie will be good.
The film follows Quinn and her father, “who have just moved to the quiet town of Kettle Springs hoping for a fresh start. Instead, she discovers a fractured community that has fallen on hard times after the treasured Baypen Corn Syrup Factory burned down.
“As the locals bicker amongst themselves & tensions boil over, a sinister, grinning figure emerges from the cornfields to cleanse the town of its burdens, one bloody victim at a time. Welcome to Kettle Springs. The real fun starts when Frendo the clown comes out to play.”
The movie is based on the horror book of the same name, and the movie stars Katie Douglas, Carson MacCormac, Aaron Abrams, Will Sasso, and Kevin Durand.
This looks like a fun horror flick! It will be released in select theaters on May 9th, 2025.
