Lionsgate has released a trailer for a new action movie titled Long Gone Heroes, which stars Josh Hutcherson, Frank Grillo, Andy Garcia, and Melissa Leo.
This is a pretty strong cast for another one of these generic action thrillers, but this one looks like it involves some pretty intense action.
The film centers on Gunner, “a special forces soldier who has witnessed the darkest side of country and combat, is forced back into the field of battle to save his niece, who is being held in South America.
“As the fight intensifies, Gunner and his team discover that her disappearance is part of a corrupt private operation that hits way too close to home.”
Long Gone Heroes is directed by American filmmaker John Swab and it will be released in select theaters and on VOD on September 20th, 2024.
